Crochet sloth pattern

So K is obsessed with sloths. I keep asking what he wants for his birthday (this week) and Christmas. He always answers "a sloth" so I thought it would be fun to crochet one for him but I can't find a good (free) pattern for one. Any help?

I am not really familiar with sloths, but is a sloth similar to a monkey in looks? Could you adapt the ears and make a monkey into a sloth?

There are 57 free monkey crochet patterns on Rav (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/search#craft=crochet&view=captioned_thumbs&query=monkey&availability=free&sort=best&pc=toysandhobbies) so perhaps one of them would be adaptable?

ETA: I've done some googling and they look monkey-ish but without the tail and ears. Totally adaptable, imo. :)
