1" colored elastic

Does anyone know where I can find this in alot of color choice for cheap? I was wanting to buy alot of it to make and sell something. But I can't find a good price. I have found it for about 3$ dollars for 3 yards or so but nothing where there's alot of color choices or anything

Do you need fold over elastic or non roll waist band elastic?

I'd find a wholesaler then. Most non roll elastic is poly which can be difficult to dye for the home hobbyist. A wholesaler will have predyed elastic usually done with a dye that will hold better on poly. I'd be wary of buying pre dyed elastic from a small shop for this very reason. You might want to ask serena since she's in a location where it's likely to source.
