Cleaning my washer?

If I'm washing out poopy clothes in my washer, do I need to disinfect it (bleach it?) every time after I do that?

Did you remove the clumps before washing? If there are clumps remaining afterwards I'd take them out :) and maybe rinse...or just do a load of darks!! We wash poop all the time as we cloth diaper!
