Vinegar isn't touching them. I think I need something heavier.

Anybody have something that's worked for them?

C L R. It's a solution in a silver plastic bottle. This stuff. (http://www.amazon.com/Jelmar-CLR-CL-12-28-Ounce-Cleaner/dp/B00009EFEX/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1348800215&sr=1-1&keywords=clr) :) We have nasty hard water, and this stuff works the best when straight white vinegar won't work. I've used it on shower floors (where the water pools and evaporates and leaves a hard water stain), and in our warm mist vaporizer, and it works great.
It's not natural/non-toxic, but on windows, I think it'd work okay. Are we talking inside of windows, or outside?

Outside. We bought this place in June, and the previous owner kinda didn't do much about hard water issues. My toilets = forever gross. :lol

Thank you, I didn't want to just go buy and arsenal of toxins. I'd rather handle them once and be done with it.
