Just finished organizing and doing inventory (pic included)

I really feel like posting a picture and titling it "I built that!" :haha

Anyway, I went through and inventoried all my canned stuff. It will be interesting to see how long all of this makes it through the winter and how I might need to adjust things next year.

Here's what I have:

18 quarts of spaghetti sauce, + 1 pint
5 quarts of apple pie filling
5 quarts of just tomatoes
2 qt of tomato soup (I wanted to make more and can't find the recipe now!)
1 qt of tomato sauce
5 pints of tomato sauce
12 pt. of rotel (tomatoes and peppers)
7 pints of salsa
49 quarts of green beans + 12 pints
2 pts dilly beans
5 qt Kosher dill pickles
11 qt dill
7 quarts of sweet pickles + 10 pints
5 qt of corn + 16 pints
2 pints of ketchup
1 pt beef broth
1 pt of peppers
4 quarts of honey
11 jars of apple buter
11 jars of strawberry jam
3 jars of blackberry jelly
4 jars of raspberry jelly
5 jars of apple jelly
3 pints of applesauce
5 jars of raspberry syrup
4 jars of chocolate raspberry sauce
