I've been craving eggs for a while now. Actually, probably six months or so. The strangest thing about that is that prior to this I absolutely hated eggs. I think there was a thread somewhere around here about eggs, in which I described them as "little farts in a shell". I wouldn't even eat frozen custard because it's egg based. Literally, I woke up one morning thinking "I wish I had some scrambled eggs right now". Now, I eat them all the time.
Not that it's a bad thing. Eggs are pretty healthy as far as cravings go (at least I'm not craving Nachos... which I've done...). However, does this mean I'm deficient in some kind of mineral or vitamin?
