I asked a friend at church who's starting out as a freelance photographer to take belly and family pictures. You can see her pictures in this thread: http://gentlechristianmothers.com/community/showthread.php?t=453559
She's just starting out, her camera is ok and her pictures came out ok, nothing outstanding. She did one 20 minute session and one 15 minute session. She gave me 32 digital pictures, some of which have been photoshopped, so there's many doubles.
She said to give her whatever I feel led to. DH says 50$. Is that a fair amount?
