Tingling above left breast

I have been experiencing tingling above my left breast for about 2 months now. It feels sort of like a milk letdown, but I have not lactated for over 4 years. I am not experiencing any discharge. I spoke to my GYN about it, but she didn't say much (she is new and I was not too thrilled with her).

I am concerned, but can't feel any lumps or pain. Has anyone else experienced this? It happens randomly, but I mostly notice it when I'm relaxed at the end of the day.

could you have a pinched nerve in your neck, shoulders or back?

Could it be cycle related at all?

I don't think so, it's been daily for about 2 months.

I think I'm going to get in touch with my primary physician and see what they say.
