Would I ever have a need for circulars bigger than 40" ?

:) I've found some highly recommended and *very* affordable Chinese knitting needles on ebay (:cough Wonder Woman :cough :poke). :yes

They have 40" and then they also have 46". Any reason I'd need bigger than 40"?
