I've given him plenty of water to drink, lots of Vitamin C, and probiotics. He is screaming while he pees :(. Is there anything else I can do for him?

Get some liquid Cystex (CVS and Walgreens has)and give in some juice.Sometims pouring water over while he pes or having him pee in tub helps

I applied a paste made form probiotic capsules to the tip of Minimus' foreskin after very time he peed. whatever he had going on wasn't aas bad as you are describing, but the coldness helped afterward he said, and the symptoms cleared up in a few days.
