Yarn dyers! (some questions)

I have 1077yds of white Bernat baby sport (acrylic) yarn and i think i'd like to dye it. Is there a specific dye best for acrylic yarns?

Any good tutorials you could link me too that you like? (Like how to do it and different methods)

It's thin, about fingering weight so i think i'd like to use it for the Beehive quilt. :think

Acrylic needs toxic dyes that you really shouldn't use at home. Less toxic dyes usually produce nothing more than a light stain, but even that's iffy.
