2 year old with Bronchiolitis...help me!

My dd has Bronchiolitis. The Dr. prescribed one dose of dexamethasone.
Should I do it?
DD2 just arrived home yesterday from Ukraine (we adopted her) and she too has a terrible cough. She will see the Dr. tomorrow.

i personally dont mess around when it comes to breathing stuff. :hugheart i think i'd probably do it, for my family - usually if i am taking them to the dr though its because i've exhausted everything i know to try first.

We have done elderberry syrup and homeopathic cold "meds" for three days now. Atleast the runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing have stopped for the most part. I am really hoping she doesn't get croupy in the night.
