Gas relief?

Any natural cures? It's all burping, not the other kind, but it's painful and rocks the house. :( I don't want to do meds, but I need relief.

:yes to papaya tablets. Are you having any symptoms of gallbladder issues? They are more likely during pregnancy and can cause burping...

I don't think I'm having gallbladder issues. I tend to get burping gas like this occasionally anyway, and it seems to coincidewith the waves of ms I'm having now.

I had it with mercer whenever I ate vegetables. The papaya saved me on many occasions.

I get better results with sucking on the tablets rather than chewing them. YMMV:shrug
