Skirt idea needed! (or other sewing idea)

I have TONS of cute fabric. Tomorrow is my friend's daughter's fifth birthday. I was thinking I'd whip up an easy skirt for her...twirly, fun, etc. Or maybe a special bag. Any super easy directions out there so I don't have to go to the fabric store?

Pillowcase dress - you can do with rectangles of fabric too! I just made one for DD and was so pleased at how quick it was I'm planning more
