Dh is really sick....what can I do to minimize the damage?

He spent all night either puking or sitting on the potty. I don't think he's ever been this sick. I really don't think it's something he ate, since we all ate the same foods yesterday. If this is a nasty bug, the rest of us are most likely going to get it as well. I've disinfected, and we have been washing hands, but I can't help but think that it's too little too late. So....what I should I be taking and giving to the kids to make the blow a little softer? :sick I hate this.

Bathe everyone with epsom salts. Scrub all switchplates, doorknobs, keyboards, mice, handles and faucets with something anti viral/microbial...with puking, i go for bleach, and then EO's but i know mqny who swear by vinegar.
