Dry hot chocolate mix recipe needed

I'm looking for a great recipe to mix up a bath of dry hot chocolate mix to keep in the cupboard. I'd like one that is low in sugar and/or uses a sugar substitute like Truvia. We don't usually have milk on hand, so it is just easier to have a mix that uses powdered milk. Thanks!

For gifts I do 1c powdered milk 1/3 c sugar 1/3 c cocoa, 3T cinnamon. It really can be any amount of sugar, any additions, you just have to mix mix mix so the cocoa blends well when you add water.

I know a lady who also adds powdered creamer. It's creamier, but that's make with HFCS and oils, so if you know of a healthy alternative to that, add it too!
