Michaels (and Joann's?) will probably have it near the yarn section. Like, next row over or so. It might be in the same area as embroidery kits. The thing is, they may only have it pre-cut with kits that also include the yarn for latch-hooking pictures. I don't know if they sell it in chunks by itself or not.
