I like to get yarn from KnitPicks. The value is great and the yarn is nice quality and they have a very good selection. The knitting needles they sell are awesome too!

This one also often has good deals. You have to purchase 50.00 worth, but it's a great way to do a large project or yarns for a class or workshop.

Smiley's has the 'cheap stuff' even cheaper, and the good stuff for amazingly cheap.
