Does anyone know how to make a little penant type flag that says "happy birthday ______" for a cake?
I have tried to make flags out of fondant and wrap them on lollipop sticks and insert them in the cake, but they always fall over. I have tried making the flags out of construction paper, but they just look bad.
I saw one with a fruit roll up, but I don't really want that look, either. Although I suppose it could be a last resort.
