I had another lesson today! A different horse, one I'll get to ride each week. She was very nice!

I am so thankful for finding the Equine Rescue here! Riding is part of volunteering, they need horses ridden, so they are more adoptable.

And I got to "trail"ride. It was walking around on the property, but it was nice. The saddle I used was nice but kinda' hard, my seatbones are sore from yesterday.

I am so thankful to God for providing this opportunity to me. I went out, got my horse, rode, put her away, and swept part of the aisle and came home! Easy, easy!

Don't think I"ll get to for 2 weeks now. Have stuff do next Saturday.

A plus is that I like the trainer there too. :) I've ridden for years so can be set in my ways.

:rockon One thing I look forward to doing when I get under 200 lbs. I've been over the weight limit on most horseback riding tours around here. I have only rode a pony on a lead once that I remember I was about 8.

My 8 year old wants lessons. If all goes well I'll find full time work in the new year and can get her some care and riding lessons. She has been in love with all things horses since she was 2 1/2-3.
