I'm making apple-carrot muffins for breakfast tomorrow. To save time, I purchased Fiber One apple muffin mix. I also have canned honey carrots and organic applesauce.
I've done this before with pumpkin, but I can't remember....Do I replace the oil called for on the box with the applesauce + carrots? Or, do I add these, plus the oil? Or, do I half the amount of oil?
