I like Silk Vanilla coconut milk in my coffee. If you're avoiding sugar, I think the "original" coconut milk has a good consistency, too.

we LOVE very vanilla silk soy milk in coffee. I should say my girls do, I'm a black coffee.

but that is definitely not avoiding sugar, it tastes like icecream.

coconut milk is good in general, it would prob be good in coffee, my girls don't like the texture though.

I like soy milk when I stop at Starbucks, but I don't like to use it on a regular basis. I like canned coconut milk in coffee too.
