:yum

Here are what I've got so far, what I'm planning to do, etc....

4 pint jars of strawberry preserves

cranberry conserve

pepper jelly

peach butter

watermelon rind preserves

spaghetti sauce

purple hull peas

pickles (for Sky who :heart them)

Add on your plans if you have them. Throw in the recipes too! ;)

Well it definitely depends on how much we can grow and what we can get at a decent price, but hopefully I'll be canning:

Tomato sauce
Crushed tomatoes
Blackberry jam
Peach jam
Apple butter
Strawberry jam
Dill pickles
Chunk pickles
Dilly beans
Sauerkraut
Applesauce
Peaches
Pears
Venison

That's about all I can think of at the moment. The list looks huge to me, but it's basically what we did last year, so I suppose it's doable! I just won't think about all that has to be frozen too. :lol

I've done:
strawberry jam
dried green beans
dried peppers
dried zucchini chips
blackberry syrup

Still to do:
blackberry jam
blueberry jam
tomato sauce
tomato paste
freeze pesto
freeze okra

That's all I can think of at the moment

This season the only thing out yet is strawberrys. So I have 6 pints of preserves, 2 quarts of dried, and have about another 6 pints worth left to go on preserves. We are doing peas and cherries next week. Later in the season I'll do blue/black/and raspberries. Also peppers, pickles, tomatoes-sauce, stewed, salsa. Green beans, squash (dried), peaches, apples plum and pears. And corn- but I may freeze that. Oh yea- and pumpkin.:)

Ooh! How did I miss this thread :doh! I invested in a pressure canner last year, so I am raring to go this year.

I just made strawberry jam. My list:
strawberry jam
raspberry jam
blackberry jam
green beans
corn (if we have enough)
tomato sauce
salsa
green beans & potatoes
applesauce
apple butter
pickles (w/my grandma)
maybe apple pie in a jar?
