oregano
Rosemary
Fennel
Chives (already have these)
Sage
Parsley
Cilantro
Lemongrass
Mint (should come back from last year)
Lemon verbena

Any other suggestions?

Lavender--I forgot that I bought two plants last year. Hopefully the made it through our cold winter.

If you let your cilantro go to seed then you'll have cumin seeds.
