red LENTILS and rice recipe?

not shouting just emphasizing:P~ since everything i keep getting on the internet is red BEANs and rice instead of lentils :doh so i thought i would ask here and see if anyone has any good recipes involving red lentils and rice :)

I make a vegan coconut milk and cauliflower red lentil curry and serve it with rice. No recipe, though. Let's see. . . I saute onions, add curry powder, coconut milk, water, red lentils, cauliflower, cornstarch, and honey. It's really good, but the kids don't like it.

ooo those all sound really yummy. i have to see if i have coconut milk, i may have used the last can in smoothies the other day, so that would be a deciding factor. i have to say i never would have thought of adding honey or maple syrup to this and

shhh i'm not listening about kids not liking it lalalalala

I made it w/o the tomatoes and with banana peppers instead of green peppers and over brown rice and the kids actually liked it!
