do not disturb sign for my bedroom door

Anybody ever make one? I'm thinking of making something I can flip over to let my kids know if it's okay to knock or come in, so one side would say it was okay and the other would say "do not disturb" but hopefully pictorally or symbolically for my pre-reader. I'm not always great at thinking of ideas for how to make stuff cute, but I can copy others' ideas. Also it should not be something that would bang against the door when I open or close it.

You could use something on the doorknob. Just something that you could put on there that if it is there it means "do not disturb" and if it's not there means "come on in"
