Venison sausage

Can I use this to make chili? That was my intention, but after cooking it, I'm wondering if it would taste good in chili. My favorite chili recipe has salsa, and I'm afraid that's not a good combo.

:shrug it depends on who made the sausage/what they put in it and how long you plan to simmer the chili. I've used it.

sorry it was a fail. I used it last night to make shepards pie.

oh and it usually goes over well in pasta sauce (or on pizza)
