I have a lot of unused baby food containers mostly good earth brand but we really dont use them anymore...
So anyways I decided to kinda modify a recipe for some oatmeal cookies and made the following. They turned out super yummy and has been a breakfast for baby food this past week.. :giggle

1 1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour (Im sure any will do)
1/4 cup honey
1 jar stage 2 (the slightly bigger jars) of carrots
2 jars sweet potato
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix and drop onto cookie sheet by the table spoon cook 350 for about 20 mintues..

They are slightly sweet but not overly so a good way to get in some extra veggies and use up those unused jars. I'm sure the REAL stuff could be used as well. I might add some rasins nexttime I jsut ddin't have any but Margaret loves rasins.

That sounds like a great idea.
Do you have any ideas for unused green beans or green peas.....and there is rice in there too.

She won't eat them but I would like to use them up.
