besides guacamole. Unless you have a recipe that doesn't need tomatoes or garlic because I don't have any right now. I have 4 all together and I put part of one in an omelette but I can't think of anything else :think

Any ideas?

I like them mushed up with some sea salt on a multi grain tortilla.

You can also do an avoado smoothie or make a green smoothie with avocado replacing the banana.

I also like mine on salad.

If you have black beans and corn you can make a salsa.

oh! this may be a pregnancy craving and if you are vegetarian it won't work, but bacon & avocado sandwiches are divine. Toast, mayo, bacon & sliced avocado. :yum

Do you have any salsa? Cause that's how I make my guacamole... just a couple tablespoons of salsa and salt and pepper mixed into mashed avocado. :yum

I might try this. I tried the one from the Deceptively Delicious cookbook and wasn't too impressed (DS didn't like it either) but this is simpler and has no corn starch :yuck

It can go in soup.
It can go on salad.
It is just good plain sliced with a squeeze of lemon juice on it.

I don't have any tortilla chips but I will save this idea.

I make Caribbean Jerk Chicken salad with them and mango and tomatoes and McCormick's Caribbean Jerk seasoning. It's a Pampered Chef recipe and it scrumptious.

avocado is so good in chicken torilla soup.

Cheese, turkey, avocado, bacon quesidillas.

I love BLT's with sliced avo on them.

It is good in many soups. I have had it in black bean soup and in a taco soup and in a homemade butternut squash soup that had some tomato paste in it.
I cut up the avacado and add it in at the very end after the soup is done cooking.
