Cooking with Schlemmer bake ware

Does anybody have experience baking with one? My MIL gave me one she probably bought 20+ years ago and I want to start using it. I need some yummy recipes and tips on how to use it.

If I'm thinking of the right thing it was really awesome for roasting chicken (former roommate used to have one). I remember we soaked it in water for a little bit before using it and then put chicken and olives and lemon I think with olive oil, salt, pepper...it was really good.
