...between the coconut milk beverage in the carton and the coconut milk in the can? Does that make sense? Is it just more watered down?

The can tastes tinny. :yuck I would never drink straight, but I use it for cooking. Or I did until I found So Delicious . . . which is yummy!

ETA: Otherwise, I think they're the same.

To me, the stuff in the can is more like "evaporated milk", ie. more condensed than regular ol' coconut milk in the carton.

But I don't have an official answer. :shrug3
