Cut apart lots of old shirts (mostly to remove the parts that were stained/ripped/stretched), and spliced them back together. That's as specific as I can get, really. :O I'm a "fly by the seat o' her pants" kind of girl. :O

I can tell you that using the same size shirts would have made it a lot simpler....
