Bosch, Excalibur, or Vegi-kiln? We are a family of six, and it would be used in putting up large amounts of fruit and veggies. Our budget is about $200, we would rather get something that is good quality. TIA!!

I did a lot of research when we got ours. Everything said excaliber is the very best for your money. We got a nesco :giggle and have been very happy with it!

We have a 9-tray Excalibur, and it is very high quality. :) I'd definitely recommend it.

(Don't hate me, but I got it for free when someone was moving in my homeschool group and they never used it. :duck)

Thanks for all of the responses! In my research excalibur is always the one that seems to come up as the best. I was hoping to find one a little cheaper- I'm hoping to squeeze a food processor out of the budget also.;) But I'd rather just have the one thing and know it will work well.
