View Full Version : Would you use half and half that's turned?

My half and half is clumpy when poured...it doesn't smell horrible....it's the kind that is just milk and cream, not all the laundry list of other additives/preservatives...

Would you use it, and if so, in what?

I wouldn't use it if it's regular pasteurized dairy. Too much bad bacteria, not enough good, IMO.

No, pasteurized dairy does not sour, it rots.
It also may, as said before, contain dangerous bacteria that can cause food poisoning.
