I can't plan a whole week ahead. :giggle

Last night we had beef stroganoff over gnocci and a pile of broccoli.

I'm making split pea soup (http://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/Split-Pea-and-Ham-Soup) right now, but I'm not sure if that will be for lunches and freezer or for supper. If we have it for supper, I'll make some sandwiches to go with it.

I've got ingredients for chicken/red pepper stirfry with peanut sauce (probably tomorrow). Not sure what veg I'll do on the side... likely green beans (frozen from the garden).

Found a nice cabbage at the store yesterday, so I'll be doing something with that this week (likely a veggie soup or stew of some sort).

Want to make a berry crisp, too.

ETA: I've got some frozen cod (plain fillets) that I'd like to do up this week. What do you folks do with frozen white fish?

NCsweetpea, I haven't made risotto in forever... thanks for reminding me! :)

sigh, i need to get back into meal planning. i used to to it a month at a time and it was sooo nice. tonight we are having crockpot lasagna, the rest of the week no idea! in my defense i have been sick for the past week, and am still sick so really just keeping the chaos somewhat under control is enough for me right now

His family makes it with canned cream of soup and serves it over rice. nothing wrong with it, I just don't like it that way.

oic...I have a recipe that calls for sour cream instead of canned soup stuff. :)
If you're interested ;)
