All I can say is YUM! :yum

The post Christmas sale of fresh cranberries was too much to resist. I put up 7 jars of cranberry conserve today. I have another bag of cranberries in the refrigerator and may pick up another on Sunday and juice them for jelly.

Cool!! Do you have a link to a recipe for doing it?? Is it hard?

I'd love to make some. It's been a few months since canning season, and I think I can face my canner again (not to mention I actually have some empty jars again)

There was a recipe for cranberry butter on Pioneer Woman recently. I should check to see if they have them on sale around here.

This one looks good, but honestly I make my own recipe with what I have on hand. The one yesterday had pineapple, dried apricots, golden raisins, and pecans in it along with the cranberries. And I adjust the sugar to taste. I also don't use added pectin as it gets a good consistency without it.

I'm going to look up the Pioneer Woman's cranberry butter right now. :yum
