I decided that I don't want to spend all of Christmas Day cooking, so I am going to do everything beforehand and heat it up (except for the turkey, that I will cook that day). So, on today's agenda is making crescent rolls. I have 2 options, please tell me which you think would taste best:

option 1: cook the rolls and put in the freezer. Thaw before and reheat in oven.

option 2: freeze uncooked rolls. Let thaw and re-rise for several hours and then back.

Thanks. :)

I agree with option 2. More predictable. :)

Do you want a delicious make ahead mashed potato recipe? It uses so much cream cheese, sour cream and butter that the texture is divine when reheated one or two days after making. It also freezes well for shephard's pie recipes.
