I made a gallon of pimiento cheese for a Christmas luncheon yesterday. I have about 3 quarts left. Can I freeze this? The ingredients are cheddar, cream cheese, tiny bit of mayo, pimientos and Worcestershire sauce.

No clue. I found this though. http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/294657
What do you do with that mixture? Is it a filling for something?

The only problem may be with the texture once it's thawed. A good mixing may make it ok though, I would think. I would try it.

Thanks!
Yes, it is a filling for sandwiches, eating on crackers, spread inside a rib of celery, or scooped up with a corn chip.
