Question about links in Blogspot blogs.

I am helping someone with a Blogspot blog. Nothing tricky, just a text link. It is or is it not pretty much like here? WordPress is pretty much like here. If its not like here, how do you do it?

By Text Link, I mean this. (http://url.com)

In the HTML view it's

<a href="http://www.website.com">Text</a> The " and the http:// are important.

If you are in the WYSIWYG view, then just click on the link button and insert.

I'm still working with her, but I wanted to make sure that my advice will transfer to her blog. :yes I'm trying to teach her how to make a text link here, first. I'm going to open up her world. :rockon I hope.
