The bee is allergic to red food dye, or at least has quite the reaction to it :crazy
I haven't ever found a natural one that gets things dark red like the bad stuff does.
Any ideas?

There's a company that makes natural food coloring. Maybe google or search old threads?

Whole Foods has a new line of food dye that is all natural and organic :tu :tu It's not cheap--but the bottles are pretty large :yes The red is made from beets; the blue is from blueberries; etc.
