****disclaimer: this recipe is in no way "crunchy", healthy, sugar-free, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, moral or ethical. It is just very, very yummy. (The yumminess helps the evil go down :haha)******************

Preheat oven to 350
Combine
1/4 C melted butter (marg. ok)
1 1/2 C Graham cracker crumbs
pat into 10x6 baking dish for a crumb crust
Combine
1 FULL cup (not level, really slop it in there :giggle) Sour cream
1 Can Eagle Brand (NOT plain canned milk, the gooey sweet stuff)
1/4 C lemon juice (life lesson: remove the seeds from the juice separate first, otherwise you'll be digging around in a bowl of sour cream and Eagle Brand for them :doh :shifty)
Pour this over the crust
Then over all THAT, pour one can of pie filling (I SAID it was evil, you've gotten this far, just keep going :poke). Cherry and Blueberry are both good...the actual recipe called for apple, which my family gave a resounding :crazy2 to :lol
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min (if you put it in with your dinner or right when you take dinner out it'll be ready right about the time everyone starts coming into the TV room going, "Isn't there any DESSERT?!?!? :biting") You can have it hot, warm, or cold.

2 things:

1. That sounds easy and fabulous. Do you think that Lemon pie filling would be a good choice?

2. Umm. Who in the world has a 10"X6" baking dish?! :shifty

Maybe a large loaf pan?

Anyway, yum! I love anything with Eagle Brand!
Is it even more immoral to lick the lid and eat the remains in the can with a spoon?

People who got huge boxed sets of Pyrex bakeware from their MIL for their wedding? :shifty It's what the recipe calls for and I used the one in my set that's smaller than the 9x13 big cake pan...so probably more 8x11 than 10x6, but the Bar Police haven't caught me yet :giggle.
I think lemon would be good if you like lemon cheesecake - they come out sorta cheesecakeish.

There are varying views of lid-licking and pie-filling-finishing-off...I'll leave that to your own theological upbringing and conscience :shifty

I see. I wasn't lucky enough to get one of those, so I think I shall opt for doubling the recipe (does that make it doubly evil??) and putting it into a 9"X13" instead. Besides, with my crew, just how far will 10"X6" go anyhow? (Naturally, I need to eat a full 1/2 pan myself, so if I don't double it they may not get any)

Can I borrow that ? Our church is making a recipe book to help our orphanage in Honduras. I could give you the credit if you want , or I could be greedy and take it for myself. :shifty

I am totally making this.

Even if it is named after toilet paper. :shifty

My grandparents had a car named White Cloud - I didn't know there was TP!! :haha

Yes, J3K - you know my name, I think you should totally give me credit, then I'd be famous for evil sugar bars :giggle.

I do! I'm assuming it came with my pyrex set I got as a wedding gift b/c it is pyrex brand.

Hmmm. I just thought of something....

Racheepoo actually lives fairly close to me--maybe we can make some together. Much easier than jumping on a plane to go to Bliss' house. Hmmm, are the bars evil enough to justify that :think

If they aren't enough, we can make creme brulee, and fudge, and Christmas cookies! And, and, and.... :rockon

Do you mean condensed milk instead of evaporated? :yum

bliss

Had to read the cans for that one :O...my family calls 'condensed milk' Eagle Brand and 'evaporated milk' canned milk :giggle.

I may or may not have laid out canned/dry ingredients last night and woke thinking of making this before the monkeys are awake. :shifty

Waaaah, my condensed milk looked like it had been carmelized when I opened it, but the outisde doesn't. :scratch It is dated 2007. :shifty

That's the only can I have. :sigh and I have lemon juice and sour cream mixed. :doh

I had a cake ball party 2 years ago :rockon I learned a valuable lesson: start drinking after you've made the cake balls, or you won't make cake balls. :shifty
