So, I agreed to make soup for a teacher luncheon.
I got a reminder e-mail yesterday and I made the soup last night, heated it this morning and brought it to the school.
But they need it tomorrow.
I am cooling it and will put it in the fridge and reheat the same soup and send it tomorrow in the crock pot.
Do you think that will be ok?
I often cook it and have leftovers and reheat it a day or two or three later at home.
It is roasted red pepper and crab soup and has half and half in it. I did not add the half and half until the end last night, cooled it and refrigerated it, heated it in the crockpot today and am cooling it and would like to just send it again tomorrow if it will be ok.
I could make more, but honestly this is more than we can eat. If I have to make another batch and save this one for our family can I freeze some of it?
