talk to me about GF bread in a Vitamix

There's a recipe for a rice-based GF bread in one of the Vitamix recipe books. Has anyone tried making GF bread dough in the Vitamix using Pamela's GF bread flour? I've tried twice and the machine starts to make a smoky smell before it ever mixes. I'm wondering if it's just too sticky or something. Thoughts?

Yeah maybe it is too stickY? I dunno. I have a blend tec but I don't use it for bread dough. I let the kitchenaid handle that.
