Sinus headache for days but no nasal symptoms.
Extreme fatigue.
Feeling run down even when getting adequate sleep.
Brain fog.

:yes I used to have much worse seasonal allergies when we lived in Iowa and that is what it looked like. (add in clumsiness and the list is complete! Although that might have been because of the extreme fatigue...:think)

Yep.

That's what I'm going through now. .Add to that a baby that doesn't sleep much and I'm a mess.

You just described how DH and I have been feeling the last few weeks. It never occurred to me that it could be allergies. E has some sinus stuff going on and an occasional cough, but no one else seems to be having those symptoms.

Yes, I can have an awful sinus headache w/ no runny/stuffy nose. Today, I alternate between my nose running and sneezing or being dry but everything running down the back of my throat and upsetting my stomach. :(

For the sinus headaches, lots and lots of steam! Sit in a steamy bathroom several times a day.

Yep, I got hit with it all of a sudden the other night. Started with a bunch of sneezing. :(

Now I've got a sinus headache and my right ear hurts. :(
