Its Cold Season Again...
2 cans/ 1 box chicken broth
1 serreno pepper, seeded and diced.
1/4 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, diced.
dash of cinnamon
If you're having trouble eating- add 1/2 cup rice.
Bring to rolling boil, add rice and allow to simmer about 10 min or until rice is soft. If no rice- bring to boil- cool and sip.
All of the above ingredients can be exchanged with dry.
*note If you hate the pepper. Use a small peeled and chopped piece of ginger (1 lobe should do)
This clears your sinuses like nothing else- and the chicken/onion/garlic are antibacterial. Cinnamon and hot pepper will stimulate your sinuses to release and the water will thin the mucus.
