I really need to do this. Our cucumbers are the only things that actually came in, and I have had my fill of cucumber sandwiches.
Did you make refrigerator pickles, by chance? I want a good recipe fpr Bread and Butter Refrigerator pickles- the kind that you make the brine and just add the cukes to a jar in the fridge as they come in, and let them sit for months, not the kind you have to can.

I bought this ten dollar plastic 'thing' from walmart and actually did the hot water 'bath' to seal them. The brine came in a mix (like a grave mix package).
