Cherry cobbler recipe

We have tons of cherries on our tree in the backyard. I've been looking online for a good cobbler recipe but thought I'd ask here for one that is tried so I know it's good. I've honestly never made a cobbler before. I don't usually do a lot of baking but am trying to branch out a bit. Does anyone have a good, fairly easy recipe?

I know this is an old thread, but did you find a good recipe? I've only ever made apple cobbler (using the allrecipes.com website for recipes) but cherry cobbler sounds divine!
