yummiest shake ever!

i just made this up. its super yummy. chocolate icecream, all natural peanut butter, a banana, and a splash of milk in the blender. pulse til smooth. sooooo good. plus, protien and a fruit serving.

Mmmm, I made one the other day, minus the ice cream, plus some honey and ground flax - so delicious! DH thought it was just too weird to drink something that tasted like a peanut butter and banana sandwich, lol, so he gave me his portion to finish. DS loved it though!
