*Really Quick* Can I substitute sour cream for cream cheese?

I'm making enchiladas for lunch and I just realized we don't have any cream cheese. Usually I mix the cc with the enchilada sauce and chicken before I stuff the tortillas.. can I use sour cream instead?

I've never used cream cheese for enchiladas, I always use sour cream. I think it should be okay.
