My DH desperately needs some help controlling his ADD, so I told him I'd ask the girls. :)

He currently uses caffeine therapeutically - app 600 mgs in spaced cups of coffee throughout the day. He knows that above 600mgs, it has the "normal" caffeine effect (jittery, wired). But, it's still not enough. He functions *better* on caffeine, but not *well,* kwim?

I've read a lot on here about homeopathic treatment of children with ADD/ADHD. Any info on adult ADD/ADHD - especially for men?

Thanks! :heart

I like this site for narrowing down a remedy:

I've also read that Coffea Cruda can help:

He probably needs extra zinc and magnesium. Also fish oil. If he has trouble sleeping (restless legs) he may need extra iron temporarily.
Sometimes excess aluminum or other heavy metals are causing the problem. So a holistic MD could guide you in how to go about a detox. Cilantro and chorella are a couple of commonly used supplements for detoxing.
